Todd Haynes, CPA

Senior Accountant

Todd Haynes is a senior accountant in the firm’s audit and accounting practice and focuses on financial statement audit, review, and compilation engagements.  He works with clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner, responds to concerns and questions, and verifies that all financial statements and related disclosures conform with GAAP.

Todd is also responsible for the preparation of individual, trust, partnership, and corporate income tax returns.  He focuses on determining whether clients have income tax nexus in the states they do business in and apportioning income to states that have filling requirements.  In addition, Todd is involved in the firm’s revenue recognition services and assists with training and education related to the topic.

Certifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (pending state approval, expected in February 2019)
