Terri Lee is a manager with over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry and is a seasoned professional with our senior living accounts receivable and revenue cycle team. Her experience includes training and consulting on collections and revenue recognition of all payer sources, starting with the admission process through final claim adjudication. Terri can provide systems and software analysis for optimization and staff training and can help establish best practices for proper revenue recognition, collections and increased cash flow. She can help guide you through software implementation projects, setting up of electronic claim submissions, automatic imports of charge entries and payments, and decrease in the need for manual revenue adjustments to keep the accounts receivable aged analysis accurate and clean.
