Erika Young is the partner in charge of Wipfli’s Human Capital Management services. For more than a decade, she has specialized in developing retirement and employee benefit plans that are competitive, compliant and cost efficient. Since joining Wipfli in 2018, she has led the firms’ human capital and retirement initiatives, with the goal of delivering more streamlined, cohesive solutions to business owners. Erika spearheads the creation of new materials and resources to provide greater value to her clients and optimal efficiency for advisors.
Over the course of her career, Erika has played a strategic role in establishing and maintaining relationships with business owners and has fostered a deep commitment to strengthening plan processes to meet employees’ needs. She recognizes that the implementation of a successful retirement or benefit plan requires clear communication and coordination across all parties.
Erika has been a featured speaker at numerous industry conferences, including the eMoney Advisor® Summit, and was named to InBusiness Magazine’s 40 Under 40 class in 2018.
