Employee Benefits Services Leader
Pam Branshaw is responsible for the development and operations of Wipfli LLP’s employee benefits practice. After joining the tax department, she saw a need for quality benefit plan services and made a commitment to develop the expertise to meet this need. Pam currently manages a staff that provides recordkeeping services for over 700 retirement plans and 100 cafeteria plans.
Pam is also part of the leadership team for Wipfli’s small business services group, developing and managing services to meet small business clients’ needs. In addition, she is responsible for the oversight and development of the HR consulting team with regard to employee services offerings. Pam also leads Wipfli’s Health Care Reform Advisory Group to assist clients in planning for compliance with the Affordable Care Act’s provisions affecting employers.
