The Solution
Wipfli conducted external and internal vulnerability assessments, including social engineering email phishing tests, to give RMF a baseline on its security performance. The assessment revealed potential compromises, as well as their technical and business implications. Wipfli prioritized vulnerabilities it found, ranging from software updates to end-of-life equipment and employee training. It also developed an incident response plan and enrolled RMF in a fraud hotline. Employee training also increased security awareness.
