The Challenge

The Diamondbacks wanted an easier way to transfer data from SAP Concur to Microsoft Dynamics GP. Staff were spending hours each week on data entry, hand-keying multiple lines of data from each expense report. The accounting department wanted to automate the expense management workflow — and they wanted to do it fast, before baseball season began.

The Solution

Wipfli’s ExpenseConnect for Microsoft Dynamics GP was a cost- and time-effective answer for the Diamondbacks. It uses Dynamics GP Web Services to pull expense reports from Concur and map the data to specific business requirements, without the need for intermediate files. Because the solution is pre-built, it integrates seamlessly into Dynamics GP without a lot of IT effort.

The results
