About Stronger to Serve
Launched in 1999, the annual Wipfli National Training Conference draws hundreds of leaders and emerging leaders in federally funded nonprofit and government human services organizations.
Focused on the unique challenges of agencies and programs dedicated to making communities stronger, the conference provides vital perspectives on leadership, operational effectiveness, compliance, risk mitigation and talent.
Through dozens of sessions led by top Wipfli trainers, participants come away with new ideas and practical approaches to immediately implement and help their organizations soar.
While leaders and staff from all social service organizations are welcome to attend, the Stronger to Serve conference is especially designed for nonprofits or government entities that are:
- Focused on providing or supporting human services programming, including early childhood, poverty-fighting and economic mobility services, and more.
- Grantees or grantors of federal and/or state funds.
