The results
CAPCIL started using Predictive Index® (PI) to make sure employees were in roles they found fulfilling. Once staff were more connected to their work, retention shot up from 73% to 90%. CAPCIL also incorporated PI data into the hiring process so it could recruit for both skill and personality. Now, the average time to fill a position has fallen to nine days instead of 30-90 days. Communication is better, too. With PI, it’s clear how each employee prefers to give and receive communication — and everyone can be heard.
