Transforming financial efficiency
The National League of Cities (NLC) struggled with slow, manual and inaccurate invoicing and expense reporting processes within Sage Intacct. The Challenge
NLC, a nonprofit representing cities, towns and villages, needed a more efficient way to manage invoicing and expense reporting through its Sage Intacct system. With outdated manual processes, the team faced challenges with speed, accuracy and complex reporting requirements that drained resources and left room for error.
The Solution
