He has over 20 years of experience in the financial institutions industry, providing his clients with internal audit services in the specialty areas of branch operations and management, customer service, risk management, vendor management, disaster recovery planning, incident response, GLBA, ACH, mobile and remote deposit capture, call centers, deposit operations, deposit compliance, SAFE Act, wires, consumer lending, information security and branch audits. Steve works with clients in numerous industries, with a concentration on serving credit unions.
