Liz Stallings came to consulting after a 30-year career in behavioral health leadership, operations, strategic planning, and financial management in a nonprofit health system. A director in the firm’s health care practice, she is a psychiatric RN by education and an executive leader by experience. Liz provides specialized expertise and consultation for all types of organizations concerned with the “behavioral health crisis.” Her “start where you are” approach to problem solving and vision planning is an effective method applauded by clients throughout the United States.
