Ryan Risley, partner with Wipfli's technology consulting practice, leads the firm's Chief Intelligence Officer (CIO) advisory practice. This practice approaches digital transformation holistically to align enterprise strategic plans with technological innovation and governance. This holistic approach creates digital strategies utilizing expansive technology expertise in a number of core industries to produce results for greater impact and growth. The technology-agnostic practice works with organizations of all sizes to chart a course to their success.
As part of his philanthropy, Ryan has had an outward mindset since his early days as an Eagle Scout and it carries through to his current volunteer roles. He is deeply involved as a technology leader in federal policy advocacy championing issues that are important to Wipfli's clients and the firm's focus on modernizing technology legislation. Ryan believes strongly in promoting growth in STEM programs to develop more diverse technologists from an early age, as well as protecting cloud privacy rights and providing internet access to all.
