Melanie Mick, CPA

Senior Manager

Melanie Mick is a senior manager specializing in audits and reviews. She has vast experience with public and private clients of all sizes, assisting them with initial and secondary public offerings, other financing transactions, accounting issues, mergers and acquisitions, audits, and reviews. Throughout her career, she has served as the audit partner for more than 45 publicly traded companies and assisted many of them in their initial offering of common stock. Her career focus also included accounting for government and not-for-profit organizations. Having worked in public accounting and the private sector with private and publicly traded companies, Melanie has a strong and well-rounded background enabling her to adapt quickly to complex issues and circumstances. Melanie continues to incorporate these services in her position at Wipfli LLP and through volunteer work for organizations in the community.
