She has vast knowledge about the home health and hospice industry along with experience leading a revenue cycle practice to help ensure positive outcomes for clients. Jena is constantly finding new ways to bring efficiencies to clients through implementing new policies and procedures, building the technical skillsets of individuals to increase cash collections and analyzing key performance indicators to help in the overall reduction of accounts receivable.
