Bill Carroll is a partner in Wipfli’s tax department. He has more than 15 years of public accounting experience in performing tax and consulting services for a variety of industries. In addition to his tax experience, Bill has managed, reviewed and compiled financial statement engagements, as well as provided outsourced accounting services in a variety of industries.
